Artist bio

Kim loves storytelling and her work often tells a story, a fable or a legend or reveals quirky characters. She loves colour as well as working monochromatically. When she was studying Fine Art she was lucky to work with Fee Halstead and Bonnie Ntalientalie in the Drakensburg Mountains at Ardmore ceramic studio.
Later Kim entered the NZ Body Art Awards and was the recipient of a one-year Diploma studying Special effects under Nori Honda. She enjoys working on larger scale masks and full character wearable art pieces.
